Phytochemical-rich food support plus randomized probiotic support.
Participants received a phytochemical-rich supplement containing fortified broccoli, green tea, pomegranate, ginger, cranberries, and turmeric, called Your-Phyto. They were also randomized to either YourGutPlus+ or placebo for four months.

Both supplements were safe and well tolerated. Formal, independently audited measurements showed improvements in markers connected to strength, inflammation, testosterone, urinary symptoms, erectile function and healthy aging.
Grip strength significantly improved before and after the intervention, with greater improvement in the combined group.
Systemic inflammation improved before and after the intervention, with greater improvement in the combined group.
Serum testosterone levels were significantly greater in the combined group at the end of the study.
Erectile function improved in all participants.
Urinary symptoms improved in all participants.
Both supplements were safe and well tolerated throughout the study period.

This study also confirmed that phytochemicals found in colorful plants such as pomegranate, turmeric, tea, cranberry and broccoli, and lactobacillus probiotics work in mutual synergy.
